How these terms are structured. Part A applies to all contracts with us. In addition, the part for your program applies:
- Part B – OmniKids, the children's program (German only)
- Part C – Krav Maga DEFCON® TC Stuttgart: training from age 16, the girls' class from 12, and the 10-class pass
- Part D – offers for organizations and companies (German only)
If Part B, C or D differs from Part A, the specific part applies.
Part A · For everyone
A1 · Who we are
Your contracting party is always Benjamin und Julia Wiedenbruch GbR ("we"). We are an independent teaching and training institute for violence prevention, de-escalation and self-defense and offer two programs: Krav Maga DEFCON® TC Stuttgart and OmniKids. If you book both, you conclude two contracts with us; these terms apply to both.
A2 · Conclusion of the contract
(1) You apply for membership in the online portal (WISO MeinVerein). There you choose the program and rate, enter your details, agree to these terms and submit the application; this is your request for membership. If we accept you, we send you our offer by email: the admission confirmation with the contract details, these terms and the withdrawal information. The contract is concluded when you accept this offer – by a short reply to the email or, at the latest, by taking part in the first training session after the admission confirmation. The offer is valid for 14 days. There is no right to be admitted; we decide after the trial class.
(2) For minors, the parents or legal guardians conclude the contract. Whoever submits the application confirms that they have custody and, in the case of joint custody, that they are acting with the agreement of the other parent.
(3) You can see your contract details at any time in your profile in the portal. Participation rights are not transferable.
A3 · Term and cancellation
(1) The initial term is stated in Part B or C and in the rate you choose. After that, the contract continues for an indefinite period and can be canceled with one month's notice to the end of a month.
(2) You cancel in text form: by email or via "Cancel your contract" at kravmaga-stuttgart.de/kuendigen/ or omni.kids/kuendigen/. We confirm receipt right away. What counts is the date we receive it.
(3) The right of both sides to terminate for good cause without notice remains unaffected.
A4 · Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal:
Withdrawal information
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Benjamin und Julia Wiedenbruch GbR, Wollinstraße 110, 70439 Stuttgart, Germany, phone +49 151 68134987, e-mail mail@kravmaga-stuttgart.de or info@omni.kids) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.kravmaga-stuttgart.de/widerrufen/ (for contracts for Krav Maga DEFCON® TC Stuttgart) or omni.kids/widerrufen/ (for contracts for OmniKids). If you use this online function, we will send you, without delay, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) with information on the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Model withdrawal form
(If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please fill in this form and send it back to us.)
To Benjamin und Julia Wiedenbruch GbR, Wollinstraße 110, 70439 Stuttgart, Germany, e-mail mail@kravmaga-stuttgart.de or info@omni.kids:
I/We (*) hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me/us (*) for the provision of the following service: membership Krav Maga DEFCON® TC Stuttgart (*) / membership OmniKids (*) / 10-class pass (*) / single date: ………………… (*)
Name of the participating child (OmniKids only, optional):
Ordered on (*)/received on (*)
Name of consumer(s)
Address of consumer(s)

(*) Delete as appropriate.
For single dates, A14(2) applies.
A5 · Trial class
The trial class is free and without obligation; it does not create a membership. A8 to A11 apply accordingly to participation, and for children also B6 and B7.
A6 · Fees and payment
(1) The fee and the dates of collection follow from Part B or C, the rate you choose and the admission confirmation. All prices are final prices; our services are exempt from VAT under Section 4 No. 21 a) bb) UStG (German VAT Act).
(2) We collect the fees by SEPA direct debit; you grant the mandate in the portal. We announce every collection in advance, at the latest five calendar days before it. The overview of dates and amounts in the admission confirmation is sufficient as long as nothing changes.
(3) Late payment. We don't charge reminder or processing fees. If a direct debit is returned for a reason you are responsible for, we only charge the fee our bank deducts from us for it. If you are more than two monthly fees in arrears, we send a reminder with a grace period of 14 days; if it passes, we can terminate without notice. Until then, training continues. If money gets tight, talk to us: installments or a deferral (A7(6)) are possible.
(4) Prices. If our costs for hall rent, staff and fees, insurance, energy or statutory charges rise overall, we can adjust the fee no more than once a year, and by no more than the extent of this increase. We offset increases and decreases in individual items against each other. If costs fall overall, we lower the fee to the same extent. We announce an increase at least six weeks in advance in text form and state the reason. You can then cancel the contract as of the day of the increase.
(5) You can only set off claims that are undisputed, ready for decision or legally established. You only have a right of retention for claims arising from the same contract.
A7 · Training
(1) Time, place, group. These follow from the published schedule and the admission confirmation. We can change them if this is necessary for organizational or operational reasons and reasonable for you, and we announce every change at least four weeks in advance in text form. As a rule, a different training location in Stuttgart with comparable bus and rail connections and a shift of up to 60 minutes are reasonable. If a change is not reasonable for you, you can cancel as of the day of the change.
(2) Cancellation by us. If a class is canceled for a reason we are responsible for, we offer a replacement date within eight weeks. If none takes place, or if you cannot attend it through no fault of your own, we refund the proportional fee. We inform you about cancellations as soon as possible.
(3) Force majeure. If training cannot take place without either side being responsible – for example because of an official order or a closed hall – training and fees are suspended. We refund fees already paid for this period or, if you wish, credit them. A replacement format is voluntary. If the obstacle lasts longer than three months, either side can terminate without notice.
(4) Missed by you. We don't refund a missed class. How you can make it up is stated in Parts B and C.
(5) Illness. If you – or your child – cannot train because of illness, please let us know. If the illness lasts longer than four weeks in a row, the contract is suspended at your request from the fifth week until recovery; a doctor's certificate is sufficient. It is suspended from the time you notify us, not retroactively. While it is suspended, training and fees pause, and your spot is kept. An agreed initial term is extended by this period.
(6) Deferral. For other important reasons too, for example if money gets tight, the contract can be suspended at your request for an agreed period: no training, no fee. An initial term is extended by this period.
A8 · Health
(1) Before training, tell us what matters for safe participation: health limitations, injuries, complaints – including later changes. We adapt the training accordingly, if necessary after consultation and with a doctor's certificate. We only use health information for this purpose and treat it confidentially.
(2) Report complaints during training, such as nausea, dizziness or pain, to the instructors immediately. Training only continues after consultation.
(3) Before you start, we recommend medical advice.
A9 · House rules
Training with partners means taking responsibility for one another.
- Use your own strengths in a controlled way, treat other people's weaknesses with respect, train considerately and fairly.
- Respect applies to everyone – regardless of gender, origin, skin color, religion, sexual orientation, age or disability. No derogatory remarks or jokes, no touching outside the guided exercise. Anyone who experiences or notices something like this tells the instructors; we treat it confidentially.
- What you learn serves protection only – outside the training hall too.
- Follow the instructors' directions, only do the exercises announced, and listen when they speak. In the case of inappropriate behavior, they can take someone out of the current class.
- Everyone trains according to their own physical and mental judgment, and everyone respects that. Any exercise may be skipped.
- If you get injured, stop right away and tell the instructors. Mention known complaints beforehand, also to your training partner.
- Clean indoor shoes and workout clothes, no jewelry; tape over piercings and earrings.
- Only leave the room in urgent cases and let us know. Keep a distance from mirrors and windows.
- Handle equipment with care and put it away after use. The law applies to damage.
- Be on time. We strongly recommend protective gear that only protects you – such as a groin guard and a mouthguard. Where it protects others – such as gloves when sparring – it's part of training; if it's missing, the instructors will tell you how to adapt the exercise. The instructors decide when class starts, breaks and ends.
- Behave in a way that endangers, harms or affects no one more than is unavoidable.
A10 · Liability and insurance
(1) We are liable without limitation for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health that is based on a negligent or intentional breach of duty by us or our vicarious agents, and for other damage based on intent or gross negligence. For other damage due to simple negligence, we are only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation – an obligation that makes carrying out the contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfillment you may regularly rely – and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, the law applies.
(2) Training with body contact involves risks even with careful instruction, such as bruises or strains. You are not covered by accident insurance through us; we recommend private accident and liability insurance.
(3) We don't take custody of items you bring; we are liable for them in accordance with paragraph 1. Please leave valuables at home.
A11 · Photos and video
(1) We only take pictures or recordings of participants, for example for our website or information material, with separate, voluntary consent in text form. It is not a condition for participation and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
(2) Pictures or recordings by participants or people accompanying them are only allowed with our prior consent – to protect everyone who trains.
A12 · Exclusion and ban from the premises
(1) If someone seriously violates the house rules, misuses what they've learned or repeatedly ignores warnings, we can ban them from the premises and terminate the contract. The same applies if behavior permanently disrupts safe training, the protection of others or the necessary trust, even without breaking a single rule. Beforehand, we seek a conversation and give the opportunity to respond, except in the case of a serious violation; then we can prohibit participation immediately. Sexist, racist or abusive behavior is always a serious violation. Exclusion is the last resort.
(2) The contract then ends at the end of the month in which we terminate it. No fees are due for the time after that.
A13 · Changes to your details and data protection
Please let us know about changes to your name, address or bank details right away, in the portal or by email. You bear any additional costs that arise because a change was culpably not reported. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy information for members: kravmaga-stuttgart.de/datenschutz-mitglieder/ and omni.kids/datenschutz-mitglieder/ (both in German).
A14 · Single dates: seminars and holiday specials
(1) You book seminars, holiday specials and other single dates separately, also without a membership. Date, scope and price are stated in the announcement. Clicking "Book with obligation to pay" makes the booking binding. A8 to A11 apply, and for children also B6 and B7.
(2) Single dates have no statutory right of withdrawal (Section 312g(2) No. 9 BGB, German Civil Code). Exception: single dates with a professional purpose – for them, the right of withdrawal under A4 applies; the announcement says so.
(3) Paying. Please transfer the amount within the deadline in the booking email. Not paid? We remind you once; the booking remains binding.
(4) You cancel – up to the deadline in the announcement, usually seven days before: if you have paid, you get a credit for another single date, valid for three years. If you haven't paid yet, you owe nothing.
Later or not at all: Then you owe the full price. You can send someone in your place. If someone from the waitlist takes your spot, the rule for canceling in time applies. You can prove that we lost less.
(5) We cancel if too few people have signed up by the deadline, the instructor gets sick, or force majeure prevents it. You then get your money back or, if you wish, a credit instead.
(6) Material. We provide handouts and videos for a single date to participants for personal use; passing them on, copying and publishing them are not permitted. Access is limited in time; the deadline is stated in the email with the link.
A15 · Final provisions
(1) Individual agreements take precedence over these terms.
(2) If a provision is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid; the law takes the place of the invalid provision.
(3) These terms are available for viewing and saving at kravmaga-stuttgart.de/allgemeine-geschaeftsbedingungen/ and omni.kids/agb/.
(4) The contract language is German. Translations, for example into English, are a reading aid; the German text is binding.
(5) We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not obliged to do so.
(6) For disputes with businesses, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart. For consumers, the law applies.
Part C · Krav Maga DEFCON® TC Stuttgart
C1 · Participation from age 16
The training is for teens from 16 and adults. In exceptional cases, we admit younger people if their physical and personal suitability allow it; the school's management decides after a trial class. For minors, A2(2) applies.
We don't admit anyone with a criminal record for a violent offense. If in doubt, we ask to see a certificate of good conduct (Führungszeugnis); we only look at it and don't keep a copy.
C2 · Term and fee
(1) You choose the initial term with the rate. After that, A3(1) applies.
(2) The fee is due monthly in advance on the first of each month.
(3) You add further classes per week by amending the contract.
(4) With the first fee, we collect a one-time registration fee; the amount is stated in the rate.
C3 · Training and making up classes
You attend the classes you've booked. You can make up a missed class in the same week on another training day. Regularly attending classes you haven't booked isn't possible.
C4 · Association membership
Membership in the Krav Maga DEFCON® association is a separate contract with the association. You cancel it separately there.
C5 · Girls' class from 12
(1) The girls' class is for girls from age 12; C1 does not apply to them. For minors, the parents or legal guardians conclude the contract (A2(2)).
(2) The pilot course lasts three months and then ends on its own. You don't have to cancel. No registration fee and no association fee are charged. If you'd like to continue afterwards, a short application in the portal is enough.
(3) The girls train among themselves.
(4) For minors, our supervision applies in the training hall during training; the parents are responsible for the way to the hall and home. B7 applies accordingly (Part B, in German).
C6 · 10-class pass
(1) With the 10-class pass, you take part in our weekly Krav Maga training ten times, following the class schedule. The training is for teens from 16 and adults.
(2) We send you a personal link by email. On the page behind it, you enter your details and can check and change them until you click. The contract is concluded when you click "Order with obligation to pay". You then receive your order, these terms and the withdrawal information by email; we do not store the contract text so that it is publicly accessible. The contract language is German. If you are under 18, the contract only takes effect once your parents consent; before that, we don't issue the pass.
(3) You pay the price from your order once by bank transfer. There are no other costs. We send you the pass by email after receiving payment. If you don't pay within 30 days after the order despite a reminder, we can cancel your order.
(4) The pass is valid until December 31 of the third year after purchase; the date is on the pass. After that, you can no longer redeem unused classes. Unused classes are not paid out – unless we can no longer offer the training. Your right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
(5) The pass is only for you and is not transferable. We need to know who trains with us.
(6) Every class is noted on the pass. If you lose the pass, we'll send it to you again and fill in the classes used based on your information.
(7) A4 applies. If you requested to train before the withdrawal period ends and then withdraw, you pay one tenth of the price for each class used; we refund the rest. Without this request, the pass is valid from the 15th day after the order.
(8) You get an invoice on request.
(9) Otherwise, Part A applies, especially the house rules (A9), health (A8) and liability (A10). What in Part C only applies to memberships – term, cancellation, fee, registration fee, association – does not apply to the 10-class pass.
Earlier versions
For contracts concluded before October 20, 2026, the version you agreed to at the time applies.
Earlier versions: the terms of this website as of September 25, 2026 (PDF, German). We will send you the terms from the member portal (as of April 14, 2026) on request – an email to mail(at)kravmaga-stuttgart.de or info@omni.kids is enough.
